About the Founder

Karen Hyche started the Hyche Center for Sensory & Motor Learning to provided quality pediatric therapy services in our area. Karen is a Doctorate level Occupational Therapist and one of two board certified Occupational Therapists in the Alabama. Karen has lectured nationally and taught courses at multiple OT programs in the state. She is also the co-author of Classroom Strategies for Children with ADHD, Autism & Sensory Processing Disorders:

The Hyche Center was built to serve. The therapists and administrative staff have a heart for children and their families. They are the backbone of the center. Each staff member utilizes their skills and education to help children reach their maximum potential.
