Our mission is to provide quality therapeutic services for children in rural area with limited services available to them.
Using your gifts, talents and education you will be able to serve children birth to twenty three and their families in one or more of our three clinics.
The clinic is open four days per week from 8am to 6pm. This provides you an "extra day off".
We are open 48 weeks per year (versus 52) ensuring you take time off for work-life balance
For full time employees we offer paid time off, holiday pay and short term disability. Health insurance through Blue Cross of Alabama is offered with premiums at employee cost. After 1 year of employment, the Hyche Center will pay monthly premiums for employees health insurance.
$300 continuing education per year is offered to full time employees. Liability insurance is paid by the Hyche Center for therapist.
Part time employees receive $200 continuing education per year.
All employees are eligible for bonus PTO hours.
A nanny is available at the Jasper clinic for staff's children under five years old.
Both therapist and administrative staff are paid per hour.
